Both patients and providers must allow Location, Camera, and Mic to successfully connect to the video visit to see and hear each other during the visit.
Medpod Communicator will prompt you each time, and you can either accept “Allow” for all three each time you start a visit or you can set up your browser to always allow access for Medpod specifically.
