- Type in your Medpod provider-access URL: tele.medpod.net.
- Log in with the credentials provided to you during your Medpod onboarding.

When a patient is ready to be seen, you will hear a whistle to indicate they are connecting and, in the middle of the screen, the patient's name, DOB, and chief complaint appear.
- Click Answer.
In a few seconds, the patient appears on the screen for you to see and hear them.
- Proceed with the patient visit, documenting in your EMR as appropriate or capturing basic visit notes using the SOAP Note feature.
